We the Engineers” aim to amend the PEC Act to reduce the qualifying age by 10 years, reform the election to office of the Chairman on rotation basis, introduce electoral reforms to cap campaign spending, introduce pre-service & in-service training for professional engineers, bring pay packages of Engineers at par with those of the bureaucrats, establish a National School of Engineering at the federal level, create 5 internship seats for fresh engineers in every public funded project of more than 1 billion & strive for enhancing the image and prestige of the engineering profession to improve quality at the intake level
